You just need ONE benefit proof listed below
* SNAP/ Food stamp card or Notice of case action letter
*Medicaid card (NOT Medicare)
*current Social Security / SSI award letter
*Veterans benefits award letter
*Section 8 voucher
*W-2 Tax form from 2023
MUST also have ONE valid proof of identity
*ID or Drivers License ( NOT expired)
*Birth Certificate
*US Government ID with DOB/SSN
*US Passport
*Certificate of US Citizenship
*Military ID
*Permanent Resident/Alien card
